You can join Lapoint’s surf camp or drop-in sessions during the summer. The summer months from June – August offer beautiful, salty days and mellow waves for beginners. The autumn and spring brings bigger waves and excellent conditions for more experienced surfers.
After more than ten years of giving surf lessons in Hoddevik, Lapoint have become experts on high-quality surf courses. Lapoint wants to share the stoke of surfing, take your skills to the next level and have a lot of fun at the same time. Whether you want to join a surf course, or go free surfing and use the camp as your base for your adventure, Lapoint got a package well suited for you.

There are daily bus connections from Trondheim, and Oslo, and the closest bus stop is one hour from the bay, called Bryggja. From here you can take a taxi to the camp. From Bergen, you have the option of taking a beautiful five-hour ferry ride to Selje and then one hour in a taxi to get to the camp.
