Skaara Living

Skaara Living offers two Birdboxes: Lotsbergskaara and Hjellaakeren. Both birdboxes will give you a sense of rustic charm blended with modern comfort. The birdboxes are secluded from each other and the surroundings. Upon entering, you'll find a comfortable double bed, a small kitchenette with a kettle and refrigerator, and a cozy sitting area with the fantastic view right outside. All you need to bring is food and drinks, clothing to enjoy the outdoors and adventurous spirit. Each birdbox has its own toilet. Please note that there is no running water in the area, so there are no shower facilities.

With both heating and air conditioning in the birdboxes, you can enjoy the experience on warm summer days as well as cool autumn and winter evenings. With room for two people, you can bring a special someone for a romantic getaway, a good friend for memorable moments, or perhaps you want to embrace the silence and enjoy solitude. Here, you can take a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There is also free Wi-Fi, so if you need a quiet place to work, it's possible here.

From Lotsberg, you have immediate access to several great hiking opportunities, both long and short, while it's only a fifteen-minute drive to Nordfjordeid, where you can find exciting tourist attractions and everything else you might need from shops. Skaara Living is like a gem in the center of fantastic natural experiences - well-known attractions like Loen, Hoddevik, Vestkapp, and Refviksanden are only about an hour's drive away. Here, you have the opportunity to experience the beauty of the western part of Norway in all its glory.
